We’ve powered up pulse surveys ⚡

We’ve created a fresh new way to take total control of your surveys! Instead of filtering through your responses after the pulse has ended, why not let your surveys do the heavy lifting for you from the very beginning?

👩‍💻 No more manual resends

New pulse survey filters are here to help you reach the right audience – and save some time in the future! Instead of having to remember to send a new survey when you need to send an employee your pulse, setting a dynamic audience will do all of the hard work for you! By selecting an audience filter, anyone that matches your rules will be added to the next scheduled survey reminder- meaning you’ll no longer have to worry about resending your surveys to new members of your team!

Okay.. But what is a dynamic audience?

Unlike a fixed or static audience, a dynamic audience is ever changing! By selecting a dynamic audience, your survey will be sent to someone when they match your filter.

🥱 Avoid survey fatigue

Using dynamic audiences means that your recipients will be able to receive surveys that are more relevant to them! Now you can give your questions a little bit more context and gain even greater insights into your teams. You can also layer up your filters so you can really pinpoint your audience – all whilst still maintaining your employees’ anonymity.

📈 Improve your employee journey with lifecycle surveys

Using the new filters in Stribe, you can create lifecycle surveys and start to map out employee satisfaction for your colleagues over the time they spend in the organisation

Say you want to start getting feedback from your new starters, our audience filters and dynamic campaigns allow you to create campaigns that will send to employees when they meet certain rules, meaning you can get feedback on all your new starters’ onboarding experience with just one survey!

This can also be great if you want to look after your long term employees. By setting a cap on when they joined using the ‘joined in between’ filter, you can send a pulse survey out to your long term staff and understand how they’re feeling!

You can set your pulse survey to go out to anyone as soon as they match the rule. This means that if you have any new starters that fall within the rule criteria, the pulse survey will go out to them depending on the schedule you’ve opted for.
