Read MoreOne thing about us here at Stribe, is that we’re laser-focused on our customers. Being led by you, what is important to your teams, and trends and challenges.
We’re constantly in conversation, listening to your feedback and making optimisations, because we want Stribe to be a platform driven by real experiences and real teams.
Check out these testimonials showing how Stribe has made meaningful changes within organisations – from the HR leaders themselves.
Question: Why did you choose Stribe as your employee engagement partner?
Answer: We don’t have everyone in the office all the time which makes it very difficult to connect with everyone – at least 50% of our workforce working from home at any one time. Stribe gives us the ability to connect with everyone, including homeworkers, quite easily.
It’s also an incredibly straightforward system. We didn’t want a system in place that only a few people could use, it had to cater for people who had a range of abilities with technology. We wanted everyone at Bolton to feel confident picking up Stribe to send a shout-out, or answer a survey.
Question: What kind of impact have you seen since introducing Stribe?
Answer: After introducing Stribe – and levels of engagement increased significantly, we are now acknowledged as a ‘Three Star – World Class’ organisation for levels of engagement and are currently 52nd in the Best Large Companies to Work For table.
This is a huge leap in the achievement level, particularly during the period of the pandemic when many staff are facing challenges both personally and professionally, we believe that the use of Stribe has been fundamental to this progression and has had a direct impact on this result.
Question: How have you found working with the team at Stribe?
Answer: Everyone is great and so friendly! We spoke to Kieran when we were considering Stribe, and he is just the nicest person ever!
The whole team are so positive and really helpful. I set up and launched Stribe all on my own, so it was nice to have Stribe’s team helping me. They were so friendly and could provide that extra support for me. Whenever I have had a question everyone has always been really quick to respond.
Question: How does Stribe contribute to the bigger picture at Great Places?
Answer: It’s all about engaging our employees better and in more meaningful ways. We are a dispersed workforce and not all our colleagues have laptops. Where we saw one of the greatest impacts was in our departments where staff are using tablets or their phones instead – we received a higher increase in survey engagement from those teams than ever before. It goes a long way in understanding the overall perspective of our teams when we can get everyone’s thoughts and feelings.
Question: How have you found using Stribe technology?
Answer: Stribe feels really easy to use. We’ve found setting up pulse surveys clear and concise, and the functionality of everything is really intuitive.
I also like all the help points and how-to manuals within the tool. All of that information allows us to learn as we use the tool which is great! It is a lot easier to access since the launch of magic link logins too – I think they’re really clever. I don’t always remember my password to things but can always get into my emails!
Question: What would you say to someone who is on the fence about taking on Stribe?
Answer: When you start to work with Stribe, you start to work with a team who really care about your objectives and your goals and will work tirelessly with you to achieve them. What’s not to like about that!
