We’ve made a lot of changes to our survey software over the last two years, it was high time we gave it an upgrade to make it easier to build new features as well as ensure the best experience for our customers. We’ve updated our survey builder and launched Survey Tune – our new question writing assistant – to make sure Stribe will always be the best software for building and launching your employee surveys.
Survey Tune is your new survey question writing assistant. Curate questions that are important to you and take the worry out of whether it’s a good question by checking it with Survey Tune within Stribe’s survey builder!
Everyone has a lot of work to get done. Survey Tune will help you build great employee surveys faster by allowing you to check your questions as you write, saving you time on improvements and iterations, and giving you the confidence your questions will give you accurate, actionable feedback from employees.
Survey Tune is pre-built into our new survey builder, meaning there’s no additional downloads or anything you have to do! When you create a new survey question, you’ll see a ‘Check Question’ button. Check out the how-to tutorial.
Since launching Stribe surveys we’ve introduced multi-question surveys (yes, in the early days you could only ask one at a time!), benchmarked questions, different sending options, audience rules (for onboarding, exit and time-based surveys), and a few new answer types.
All of this has been built into the existing user interface (UI) to make it quicker for us to get these new features into your hands. We needed to redesign this to work best with our evolving features and customers. With these updates we’re leaving room for future growth and also giving you the tools you need to create great surveys every time.
