We shouldn’t have any workplace in the world where we can’t put our hands up and talk about exactly what we need to, especially in 2023. Yet every year we continue to celebrate ‘Mental Health Awareness Week’ to challenge the cultural stigma of mental health and boost our confidence to talk. Clearly, there is still work to be done.
