We’ve worked with charities, zoos, law firms, construction companies, public sector organisations and everything in-between – from teams smaller than 10 employees to larger than 10,000 employees.

How much does Stribe cost?
Are there any hidden additional costs?
No.
That’s not our style.
Should you need any additional strategic support from our people experts, bespoke set-up, or customisations we may need to look at an additional fee, but these will always be chatted through and agreed ahead of time, there will never be any nasty surprises from us.
Do we need to upgrade for extra features?
No.
Stribe is an all-inclusive platform.
Once you sign up you will have complete access to ALL available features. There won’t ever be a need to upgrade or pay more for additional features.
Do you offer discounts for charities and not-for-profits?
Yes, definitely!
Charities and not-for-profit organisations receive up to 50% off* standard pricing. You’re making a positive difference to communities, and we want to support that.

Set-up and onboarding
How long does it take to get set-up?
Super quick.
Getting set-up with Stribe takes less than 10 minutes and is a one-time task.
Plus we give you a full set of onboarding resources to help your launch go smoothly.
Does Stribe connect to our HR system?
Yes.
Stribe connects to the most popular HR systems you’re already using to sync your organisation’s data and make life easier.
Do IT need to be involved in the set-up?
We’ve built Stribe to be super simple.
9 out of 10 times IT don’t need to be involved with your set-up.
Depending on your set-up, there are a couple of very quick changes IT can make to your email servers to make things deliver perfectly, but we’re on hand at every step to help you with this.
If you are an enterprise customer, we do recommend that your IT team are involved in the early onboarding calls to make sure everything goes smoothly with your systems. Our team will guide you through this process.
Does Stribe integrate with Slack and Teams?
Yes.
Stribe’s integration with Slack and Teams makes it simple to reach more people and share surveys, results and updates.
Some of our staff don't work at computers, can they still access Stribe?
Yes.
At Stribe we specialise in helping dispersed workforces – meaning organisations that have people working in varying locations, some with computers and desks, and some without.
Whether your employees work from home, on the road, or at the office, they’re able to access Stribe’s full suite of features with just their mobile phone – giving you maximum reach and more accurate results.

Is there a limit to how many questions we can ask?
No, not at all!
There are no limits to the number of questions sent, resources uploaded, messages or shout-outs shared.
Can we customise surveys and add are own questions?
Yes, of course.
The choice is completely up to you – write your own questions, use Stribe’s question banks and templates, or make the most of our unique question writing tool to make survey building quicker and easier.
