FAQs
That is an excellent question...
How does Stribe work?
Stribe is an online employee engagement tool that helps teams be heard. Stribe gives your employees a simple platform that’s full of clever tricks. They can use Stribe to voice their thoughts, worries and ideas at any time, and any place, or simply answer pulse surveys so you can better understand how they’re thinking and feeling. Because when people are heard, teams are happy.
How much does Stribe cost? Are there any hidden costs?
We work with teams of all sizes, from smaller than 10 employees to larger than 10,000 employees! Our standard pricing is £3 per employee, per month, depending on the size of your organisation.
Should you need any additional strategic support from our people experts, or bespoke set-up or customisations we may need to look at an additional fee but these will all be chatted through and agreed ahead of time, there will never be any nasty surprises from us!
How do we engage staff in the launch of Stribe? Especially those who aren’t confident with IT.
Launching a new tool can be a nerve-wracking experience, especially if it’s a completely new idea for your employees! At Stribe your customer success manager will work with you to create the perfect launch plan.
We also have a range of launch resources from booklets, leaflets, videos and posters that you can use to raise awareness of Stribe with your employees. We’re also here to do any staff training you need, so you and your managers can be confident when introducing Stribe to your teams.
Do IT need to be involved in the set-up and launch of Stribe?
We’ve built Stribe to be super simple, in general this means IT don’t usually need to be involved with your set-up and launch. Depending on your set-up, there are a couple of very quick changes they can make to your email servers to make things deliver perfectly, but we’re on hand at every step to help you with this.
If you are an enterprise customer, we do recommend that your IT team are involved in the early onboarding calls to make sure everything goes smoothly with your systems. Your Customer Success manager will guide you through this process.
Is there a limit to how much we can use Stribe?
None at all! We would never limit the fun!
There is no limit to the number of questions sent, resources uploaded or messages and shout-outs shared. We do work with you to decide on the best cadence of pulse questions for your organisation, but that is just a guide, the final result is up to you!
How flexible is Stribe in terms of the questions we can ask?
Stribe is completely flexible. Your employees are unique, and your employee engagement software should be too! Engagement starts by really understanding your team, and that doesn’t fit with a one-size-fits-all approach. With our bank of science backed-questions for inspiration and guidance from our team, you can be sure you’re asking the right people the right questions at the right time, every time.
Some of our staff don't work at computers - can they still access Stribe?
Stribe is accessible across all platforms, including our Android and iOS apps. You can also share your pulse surveys ‘offline’ using links or QR codes (something unique to Stribe!). This means you still gather answers and – most importantly – segment data from colleagues who are dispersed, not desk based or not networked!
What are the best questions to ask using Stribe?
Need a helping hand deciding on where to start? We’ve got you!
Our employee engagement superstars are with you at every step. We work with you to understand your employees and objectives for Stribe. Then, with our bank of science backed-questions for inspiration and guidance from our team, you can be sure you’re creating the perfect schedule to make real change.
Can we group comments from the pulse surveys together so we don’t have to go through hundreds of them and group them ourselves?
Yes! Our tool has a few clever little tricks to save you hours of analysis time. You’ll be able to avoid all those annoying, repetitive tasks with a few features in our pulse reports: word tiles, sentiment analysis, and key phrase extraction. These work together so you can be confident every voice is heard and avoid manual analysis all together!
Is Stribe really anonymous?
Yes! The power of anonymity is always with the employee – they decide whether they want to share their name or not.
The only area of the tool that isn’t anonymous is shout-outs, but even then, you can make a shout-out private if you would prefer.
