Together we're building happier and healthier teams with...
Anonymity is top priority.
Our stance on anonymity protects employees first and foremost. This creates an environment of trust and respect, and ultimately ensures your organisation receives feedback that is open, authentic and detailed.
A trusted place to talk
Face-to-face conversations don’t suit everyone. And that’s ok!
Stribe helps your team build trust by having honest conversations while remaining fully anonymous.
Our anonymous employee messenger feature is a safe place where employees can send across their authentic thoughts, and feedback at any time – giving everyone a chance to be heard.
Champion a culture that cares and acts quickly
Sometimes your people will have something to say and there won’t be a ready-made survey for them to fill in.
Stribe’s anonymous employee feedback tool gives your people a way to speak their minds instantly – without the anxiety of talking to someone they may not be comfortable with.
Admins are able to assign action and take fast, effective steps toward solutions.
Feedback that will fuel positive change
When you empower your team to speak freely and anonymously, they will share the feedback that matters most.
Your people know your business best, and it’s only when you know how your workforce truly feels that you can make positive changes. With Stribe’s anonymous feedback platform you will create a safe place for employees to share their genuine thoughts.
Anonymous employee feedback FAQ
Is Stribe trustworthy and secure?
The short answer is yes.
Stribe is, and always will be, secure and anonymous.
We’re proud to have worked with some of the UK’s best employers and have always kept our promise to anonymity standards.
Our commitment to anonymity protects employees first, and creates an environment of trust and respect that ultimately ensures that Stribe is used to its full potential – allowing feedback that is honest, authentic and detailed.
How are identities and survey answers kept anonymous?
Once employee data is loaded into Stribe’s system, our technology takes this information, scrambles it up, and gives each person an associated unique code.
When you participate in our employee surveys, your responses are collected without asking for any personal details like your email or name – instead answers are attributed to the unique code which is used to keep track of answers.
Important: At no point in the process is a Stribe admin able to view unique codes or identify who is assigned to which code – this is what makes our technology so secure and anonymous. It is an incredibly intricate and detailed system that we have refined with the best IT specialists.
How do we encourage constructive anonymous feedback?
We’re often asked by teams about how to encourage fair feedback from their teams, rather than criticisms that aren’t always helpful in finding solutions for the future.
The answer is simply communication and education.
Discuss this pain point with your employees in team meetings and in your survey communication plans.
Let them know – very importantly – that you are not afraid of negative feedback and that you encourage people to speak up about challenges – however for everyone to reach common goals, feedback needs to be delivered constructively and with ideas for solutions.
How is it possible to follow up anonymous feedback from surveys?
Stribe has a cool feature that lets you do this.
When answering a ‘Follow-up question’ within a pulse survey, employees will see a check box allowing them to choose whether they want to receive a message in response to their feedback.
If an employee feels comfortable to tick ‘Yes’, they will still remain anonymous.
By default, the option is ‘Off’ so no one can never mistakenly agree.
If they do agree, a button will appear within their response in the survey report.
Admins can use this to create a message directly from their comment.
These messages are managed within Stribe in the same way as the anonymous employee messenger feature.
We wanted to empower staff to have a regular but anonymous voice on key questions that affect day-to-day working life and our culture. Stribe is the perfect fit.
