It’s fantastic to have you here.
Stribe is an employee survey software platform with the vision of creating happier and healthier workplaces by giving employees a voice at work.
We make surveys simple, insights easy-to-digest, and put accessibility and anonymity at the heart of everything we do.
This is our story…
How it all started
Our journey began over 10 years ago with a simple but powerful idea – to give young people a safe space to speak-up about bullying at school.
With this mission in mind, our co-founders designed and launched Tootoot.
What we didn’t know back then was that Tootoot would become so much more than just an anti-bullying app – it became a place to help students voice their concerns about all issues surrounding safeguarding, including domestic abuse, self-harm, homelessness, mental health concerns, and more.
Since its launch in 2014, Tootoot has grown into one of the most trusted pupil voice and safeguarding software platforms in the UK – trusted by over 15,000 teachers and even recommended by the Department for Education.
But we didn’t stop there.
Seeing how Tootoot empowered young people to share their struggles got us thinking – what if workplaces had something similar?
After all, adults also need ways to speak up about their challenges and concerns, especially in a world where workplace disengagement, stress and burnout is alarmingly high.
And so, Stribe was born.
From Tootoot Workplace to Stribe
We first launched in March 2020 under the name ‘Tootoot Workplace’ – bringing anonymous surveys and always-on employee voice technology to organisations.
But as we grew, we realised this work needed its own identity – something that captured the ethos of happier, healthier workplaces.
In November 2021, Tootoot Workplace became Stribe.
And with the help of White Bear Agency – we brought to life the bright, sunny yellow branding our community has come to know and love.
Today and beyond...
Fast forward to today, and we’re proud to have supported over 25,000 employers and employees in creating better workplaces.
But this is just the beginning.
Whether it’s through our anonymous feedback channels, pulse surveys, or employee shout-outs, we’re here to make a difference – one voice at a time.
